Strategy Execution – Essential Leadership Skills in Turbulent Time

The average lifespan of a company has been reduced by 50 years. In 1950s, the average was 67 years. Today it is 17 years. This means companies can no longer rely on their past success for future results and new ways of working are required, especially in this turbulent time in business in Singapore.
Through the sharing of key “uncommon practices” that had been distilled from the facilitator’s research and findings from his latest book, Excellence in Execution – HOW to Implement Your Strategy, this engaging and highly interactive two-hour workshop provides rich insights on what successful leaders are doing differently to execute strategy, excel during time of turbulent transformation and how they achieved excellence in execution. The mini case study on how Amazon succeeded in India (and not in China) is also discussed as an example of the key learning.
